Overview
What is Energy Work?
Energy is the force all around us, moving through us and connecting us to the universe and each other. Each person has their own individual energy field that fluctuates with the intensity of emotion and focus in different areas of our lives. Energy work is manipulation of the natural energy present in each individual, to release blockages and promote internal balance and wellness.
Chakras
The Chakras are the main energy centers of the body, according to the Vedas, ancient philosphical texts written by Hindu scholars between 1500 and 500 B.C.E. The primary 7 chakras are distributed in a row from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
Energy Cleansing
Sometimes the energy flowing within and through the chakras can become blocked or stuck when conscious or subconscious thought is directed towards problems, fears or inbalances in one's life. Getting in touch with these energy centers helps us understand where we might feel stuck in life and help energetically clear the way for resolution in the physical world. A practitioner uses their hands without touching the client, to gently move the energy field around the body. A client can also be taught how to identify and direct their own energy centers themselves.

Sarah believes in creating agency through her work and aims to help clients develop their own energy practice. She is a firm believer that each individual has the total ability to handle their own life, while sometimes needing a supportive ear or hand in navigating life's challenges.
